IC Infra was founded in 2004 for the follow-up of Business Operations within IC Holding ownership, to improve efficiency, and to enable the coordination between businesses. IC Infra is one of the leading institutions in our country and in the region with regards to the Public-Private Sector Partnership (PPP) and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects. 3. BOSPHORUS BRIDGE AND NORTHERN MARMARA HIGHWAY / İSTANBUL :
3RD Bosphorus Bridge and Northern Marmara Highway Project that is realised as part of ‘Build-Operate-Transfer’ Model, has been awarded to ‘IC İçtaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.’ and ‘Astaldi S.P.A.’ partnership as a result of a tender process, for a period of 10 years 2 months 20 days Investment+Operating.
AIRPORT:
ZAFER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT :
International ‘Zafer’ Regional Airport which has been planned in line with regional aeronautic policies in the purpose of meeting the transportation needs of the cities of Kütahya, Afyon and Uşak and which has a special feature of being the first regional Airport in Turkey that is constructed from scratch (green field) with the financial opportunities of Turkey with YID Model by IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT. IC Infra is engaged in the company organization and constitution of the Airport facility, efficient use of resources, and coordinating with local authorities in regards to contributing to the regional development. The Airport will continue to be operated until the year of 2044.

IC KARASU PORT / SAKARYA
IC İçtaş, which was established for the operation of Karasu Port that will contribute to the development of commerce in the Black Sea Region, is a partner to 'Sakarya Karasu Limanı Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş.' as IC Infra. For the new investment period of the port, industrial analysis for Karasu Port, financial resource planning, development and management strategies, researches for the development of export in the industrial and production zones in the port hinterland, and reviews of the market potential are part of the works conducted by IC Infra.

The 3rd Bosporus Bridge and Northern Marmara Highway Project executed as part of ‘Build-Operate-Transfer’ Model, has been awarded to ‘IC İçtaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.’ and ‘Astaldi S.P.A.’ partnership as a result of a tender process, for a period of 10 years 2 months 20 days Investment+Operating and the bridge was founded on the 29th of May, 2013 with a ceremony.
AIRPORT:
ZAFER INTERNATONAL AIRPORT
International ‘Zafer’ Regional Airport, which was planned in line with the regional aviation policies to meet the transportation requirements of the cities Kütahya , Afyonkarahisar, and Uşak and which has the special feature of being the first regional Airport in Turkey that is constructed from scratch (green field) with the financial opportunities of Turkey , was established by IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT with YID model. Although there was a contractual investment period of 36 months, the construction of the airport was successfully completed in a period as short as 18 months and it was opened for service.

IC KARASU PORT / SAKARYA
The existing infrastructure of Karasu Port ,which will contribute to the development of commerce in the Black Sea Region, was completed in 2007 by IC IÇTAS INSAAT. Furthermore, the tender for the construction and operation of superstructure facilities of Karasu Port by DLH in 2011, has been awarded to IC İçtaş.
